Fatso

I don't mean to be irritating by complaining that i am fat! (I don't, by the way, complain about being fat frequently) Actually, I just think my life style is abit unhealthy. Terrible diet, no exercise, too much sleep and stay indoors too much. Holidays always cause me to gain lots of weight. I wonder how some are able to eat, eat, eat, eat, and eat without growing sideways. Has it got to do with worms or something?

Many times i promise myself to exercise blah blah times a day but u know.. since I am the person i promise, so its extremely easy to break it -wink-. I bet you guys have this same problem going over and over again.

Wouldnt want to use the "eat-lesser" or "skip a meal" method of dieting. Oops by the way i don't diet, i just want to be abit more healthy shapely, not walk on the streets and meet an old friend "HEY girl! Haven seen you for a long time, -looks up n down- so you've gain weight yea?". Yea actually no, (sorry if i contridict myself too much) I would want to feel healthy and work my stamina back. Think I'll faint if I run 2.4km.

So Siew Choon! When's holidays? A few game of badminton? Anybody?
