Popcorn? dude?
Guess many of us walk in the theatre with salty (yucks) or sweet popcorns yea?
Well there are many reasons for us to and not to bring popcorn into the cinema, its almost no-no for me at least. ( crappin starts, if ya cant stand it better leave ;) )
No popcorn:
1 - It's bad for health - you should know why.
2 - It affects your hearing - Especially if you are sitting beside me and worse if you are the one eating. Hey i paid $7 for my ticket to hear "munch munch"?
3 - It's a huge distraction! - When you only take the sweet ones and your mate, unfortunately, eat the salty ones and you guys have to buy a mix. You'll end up trying to find the sweet ones and miss a whole deal of the movie. Think there should be full concentration yea and not "munch-watch-oops drop-watch-munch-where's my popcorn?!" (well, if your mate chews and laughs when watching "Dumb and dumber" you can see alot of crap in his/her mouth, thank God for dark theatre though)
4 - Pass the popcorn i don't care - When your mates get sick of the popcorn after much greedy gobbling, they'll start forcing the popcorn into your hands.
5 - New Christmas dress - After the show, as you walk out of the cinema, some popcorn still hangs on your dress like a pretty Christmas tree decoration! ( At least it happened to me )
Popcorn please!:
1 - Starving - Haven eaten for 10days, if I don't start eating, i'll probably eat my own poop.
2 - Entertaining Hollywood films - Unless I just want to go to the theatre with a few friends, watch a really crappy movie and lol who cares. Throw some popcorn! -sweet please-
3 - Peer pressure - The evil friends with Bambi eyes that says : "Can we share a box of (yellow-unhealthy-nosiy-fattening) popcorn pleaseeeeeeeeeee? I haven had popcorn for such a long time." Bet you couldnt say "Yum Sengggg" in a wedding or think about how to pronouce "adghekeilehzyeh" as long as "pleaseeeeeeee.." (Dont bother to look up adghekeilehzyeh, thats right i made it up )
Don't be mistaken! I do like popcorns. When i was young, i watched "Green mile" with my bandmates. Got abit crappy and started throwin at the audiences infront of me.
