Jack Russell & her hyperactiveness

It's just 3 days since the cute little pup came to my home and my family is feeling the "pain" already.

She is superrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr active!!!

1) She pulls out all the paper from the bin to shred it. (I should call her shredder)
2) She takes out all the socks from the basket and throws them around (sometimes she hides them behind the cupboard)
3) She would chase her tail and get angry when she find her chasing "unsuccessful"
4) She takes her toy and keep bugging me to play "fetch" with her
5) She takes some object and bug you to play "chase" with her and hop around like a hunter. (If you don play with her, she'll keep using her legs to poke you and hop around)

The only time when shes quiet.

1) She's biting her toy
2) She's sleeping
3) She's tired (oh btw, that only last for 5 - 10mins)

despite all these, she's a really cute pup and gets really affectionate when she likes you. Think i need to train her to medidate or pray or something. to calm her down
