Expensive!

Needa get a new video card for my pc. It's down, and I need a more powerful one for editing. That would cost $100++? (Anybody has one to donate? heh) Also I need a dvd combo drive for my computer, so that i can watch dvds, burn my own dvd copies and keep the original ones. $150?
