I wonder whos bobo!

Psalms 94:9-11

Does he who implanted the ear not hear?
Does he who formed the eye not see?
Does he who discipline nations not punish?
Does he who teaches man lack knowledge?
The LORD knows the thoughts of the man..

So true.. does he who teaches man lack knowledge?
We always question why God must do this why God must create things like that why why why why... but does he who teaches man lack knowledge?
